1. How much the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping in Germany for orders over 49€! You can find more information on our shipping information page.
2. How fast you ship the products?
Depending on the shipping method, delivery takes 2-4 working days within Germany. Due to the current situation with the delivery services, the delivery time may be longer in some cases.
Within the European Union (incl. Switzerland) your order will be delivered within 3-6 working days.
3. Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, there is a minimum order value of 10 euros for all orders.
4. Can I return all products after purchase?
No. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products: According to Article 16 (1) of the Consumer Rights Directive, there is no right of withdrawal if sealed goods are delivered which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery.
This means that products that are legally considered "hygiene items" (which may have come into contact with skin or hair in use, or are intended for this purpose) are excluded from return. Likewise, used shampoos etc. The inspection/assessment of the delivered goods applies, as it is also possible in stationary retail stores.
5. Is the return shipping of products free?
We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Exceptions: If a defective/faulty or incorrect product was delivered, the return shipping is free.
6. My delivery is defective or incomplete
If your delivery is defective or incomplete, please feel free to contact us via our contact form. We will then take care of it as soon as possible.
7. Where I can find MSDS sheets for your products ?
You can find MSDS sheets and download them on every product page in the down part of the page.

9. I have questions about the product description.

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. Simply click on 'Sign In' at the top of the website and then click on the 'Forgot Password' link. On the following page, enter your registered email address with us and click on 'Request New Password'. We will send you an email with a link to set a new password.
